3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We at T-Home Fintech are committed to providing you with reliable and timely service. However, we recognize that certain situations may require a refund or cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
Services once confirmed and initiated are non-cancellable.
If you wish to cancel a service request, it must be done within 24 hours of payment and before any processing has started.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:
Duplicate or excess payment made in error
Service was not initiated due to internal delays or inability to fulfill service from our end
Eligibility failure from our end before service initiation
Refund Timeline:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days from approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Services already initiated, processed, or submitted to third-party institutions are not eligible for a refund.
Any documentation charges, government fees, or external agency fees are strictly non-refundable.
